Drop us an email at any of the three emails stated. We shall collate & expedite your purchases once we have confirm availability of each item. Your purchases shall reach you in the same time frame of 5 working days.

How to Make These Yours!

Simply Sarah's TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ROYALE ASIA is the preferred courier service (All our items are shipped from Suzhou, China. Please indicate a courier service if you have a preferred one, available in Suzhou.)

2. Purchases will be sent only upon receipt of payment via Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal
(please retain receipt in case of discrepancy)

3. No cancellations are allowed upon receipt of confirmation email

4. All items will be checked before shipment. However, if there's a need to exchange, all courier charges will be bore by buyer

5. Payments are to be made within 48hours after receipt of confirmation email

6. Please allow 7 working days for your purchases to reach you

MAKING A PURCHASE

Simply send us a mail, and we will follow up with an email indicating availability of items, the cost of shipment & our account number. You then make payment via Bank Transfer or Paypal and your purchases should reach you in 7 working days or less.

MODE OF PAYMENT

To date, we only accept Direct Bank Transfer to our DBS Savings account or Credit Card payment via Paypal

*Prices does not include Fuel & Security surcharge which is approximately S$1.20
